After studying business administration, Maryse started as a business consultant at First Consulting. She then gained experience at an investment banking consultancy firm in New York, before living and working in Dubai for a year and a half.
"I am naturally interested in complex problems and get energy from analysing data, identifying root causes and finding practical solutions that can be implemented step by step. During my work abroad, I learned that you need to understand not only the figures, but also the company and its environment in order to arrive at a sustainable and supported solution.
This is also clearly reflected in Kruger's approach: a thorough analysis of the figures is always carried out, but the organisation, its processes and the market are also always taken into account. The diversity of applications, companies and industries makes the work extremely interesting."
