After studying business administration, Maryse started as a business consultant at First Consulting. She then gained experience at an investment banking consulting firm in New York and then lived and worked in Dubai for a year and a half.
"I am naturally interested in complex problems and get energy from analysing data, identifying root causes and finding practical solutions that can be implemented incrementally. During my work abroad, I learned that you need to understand not only the numbers, but also the business and its environment in order to reach a sustainable and supported solution.
This is also well reflected in Kruger's approach, there is always a thorough analysis of the figures but also a look at the organisation, its processes and the market. The diversity of application pieces and companies and industries makes the work enormously interesting."
