Lex Beijers

Academic background
Lex Beijers, born and raised in Rotterdam, obtained his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He then completed his Master's degree in Financial Management at Nyenrode Business University. Here, he specialised in advanced financial issues and international financial markets. As part of the Advanced Management Programme, Lex also worked with entrepreneurs on practical business solutions.

Relevant work experience
After completing his academic education, Lex started his professional career at Deloitte, where he gained broad experience in various financial disciplines as an M&A trainee. Among other things, he provided support for a €10 million Series A financing and played a role in various acquisition processes and valuation analyses. This experience strengthened his insight into complex transactions and strategic decision-making.

In his next role at Yuno Advisors in Amsterdam, a corporate finance boutique specialising in the food industry, Lex further expanded his expertise. He was responsible for deal execution and played an important role in several strategic transactions. This included both acquisition and sale processes. Lex proved himself to be a reliable advisor with strong analytical and strategic skills.

Kruger
Lex has been working as a consultant at Kruger since February 2025. His expertise in mergers and acquisitions, combined with his experience in capital structures and company valuations, enables him to effectively guide organisations through challenging transition periods.
