Kees Lieve was one of the founders of Kruger in 1988. Before that, after completing his studies in business administration, he worked in the automotive sector and at a hands-on private equity firm. Over the past decades, he has advised and guided a large number of companies on business, strategic and commercial issues and corporate finance transactions. He is also a board member of Stichting Administratiekantoren (Trust Offices Foundation), a trusted advisor, and active as a supervisory board member and STAK director, as well as occasionally involved in advisory processes.

"The highly varied work for all kinds of medium-sized companies, often involving exceptional people and many issues and opportunities, requires a tailor-made approach every time. The greatest satisfaction comes when, together with the shareholder(s), management and other company officials, we have achieved the set goals, often after a demanding period. Of course, you also have to enjoy translating aspects such as the market, the economic situation and available resources into feasible opportunities for the future. Fortunately, at Kruger we have a team of people who excel in their dedication and commitment and who deal with all issues as objectively and constructively as possible. Banks, factoring companies, credit insurers, accountants, lawyers, entrepreneurs, supervisory directors, investors, families and other stakeholders are now aware of this. This trust we have built up, combined with a diverse and extensive network, also helps our business relations enormously and motivates us even more.
