Kees Lieve is one of the founders of Kruger in 1988. Before that, after studying business administration, he was active in the automotive sector and at a 'hands-on' private equity party. Over the past decades, he has advised and assisted a large number of companies in corporate, strategic and business economics issues and corporate finance transactions. He is also a board member at Stichting Administratiekantoren, trusted advisor and supervisory board member at several (family) companies.
"The highly varied work for all kinds of medium-sized companies with often special people and many issues and opportunities requires customisation every time. The most satisfaction arises when, together with shareholder(s), management and other officers of the company, often after a demanding period, we have achieved the set goals. Of course, you also have to have fun translating aspects such as the market, business economics and available resources into feasible opportunities for the future. Fortunately, at Kruger, we have a team of people who excel in dedication and commitment and deal with all issues as objectively and constructively as possible. Banks, factoring companies, credit insurers, accountants, lawyers, entrepreneurs, commissioners, investors, families and other stakeholders now know this. This accumulated trust, combined with a diverse extensive network, also helps our relationships immensely and motivates us even more."
