Joshua obtained his Master's degree in International Business with a specialisation in Strategic Corporate Finance at Maastricht University. He also spent a semester at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP) in Mexico. During his studies, he gained relevant work experience in the accountancy and finance departments of international companies. After graduating, he started as a Corporate Finance and Restructuring Consultant at Kruger.
"During my Master's in Strategic Corporate Finance, I worked on various practical cases, which brought the theory to life. Figures provide insight into a company, but they don't tell the whole story. It is the people behind the figures who determine the course and results. Identifying risks and opportunities at an early stage is essential to effectively support entrepreneurs. I prefer to do this with a hands-on approach: thinking along, switching gears and shifting the perspective from problems to solutions. In this way, I help companies remain vital, healthy and future-oriented.
