Jantine studied Financial Business Economics in Rotterdam. After graduating, Jantine obtained her RA title at Arthur Andersen and worked at ABN AMRO Bank. She joined Kruger in 2000, first as a consultant, then as a partner in 2010, and in 2018 Jantine took on the role of managing partner.
In addition to her work for Kruger's clients, Jantine is also chair of the Dutch Association for Restructuring (NVvH) and a member of the editorial board of HERO. She is also affiliated with the Rimari Foundation and is employed by the Enterprise Chamber as a researcher. She also regularly gives lectures and guest lectures.

I always find it challenging to determine, together with the entrepreneur, what the company is really about in a short period of time and, based on those insights, to provide the company and its stakeholders with sound and well-founded advice."
