Henk Roerdink

Associate - Interim Management

Henk Roerdink (1X1)

Henk Roerdink built a solid foundation through his accountancy education and started his career as a chartered accountant at KPMG. He now has more than thirty years of professional experience as an interim CFO, CRO, and consultant specialising in mergers and acquisitions, financial management, and the restructuring of national and international companies.

“I built my career at leading organisations such as KPMG, FTI Consulting (formerly Bold Capital Management), and Kruger. Over the past 10 years, I have been involved as an interim CFO/CRO in the restructuring of companies that, following these interventions, all returned to generating positive cash flows and profits. My professional career has been characterised by a focus on pragmatic decision-making, hands-on advisory services, and delivering actionable insights to optimise business performance and liquidity.”

Feedback from clients and colleagues shows that he is a reliable, dedicated, and practical financial professional with a ‘can-do’ mentality, who takes a pragmatic approach and is clearly an expert in his field. He brings stability to organisations facing financial distress, pressure on results, and/or liquidity challenges. He thrives in organisations that need a stronger focus on liquidity and that must undergo transformation in order to return to profitability.
