Frank started his career at ABN Bank and VSB Bank as branch manager and district manager respectively. He then moved into employment services, first at Randstad Interim Kader (now Yacht), and then, from 1999, at Ernst & Young Executive Temporary Management. Following the takeover by the American listed company RGP in 2003, he worked as Managing Director Business Team Financial Institutions and Multi National Clients.
At the beginning of 2010, he became responsible for RGP's Dutch practice. Since September 2015, he has been affiliated with Kruger Interim Management and Executive Search and has been actively involved in further expanding this practice.
