Filip Dusée is a hands-on CFO/CRO specialising in complex change and restructuring situations. He supports companies, shareholders and investors with issues relating to liquidity, performance improvement, stakeholder management, financing, and bringing stability and structure to organisations under pressure.
He has extensive experience within internationally operating companies in sectors including trade, logistics, food/agri and industrial environments. In addition, he has been actively involved in acquisitions, integration processes, refinancing and M&A processes in both growth and special situations.
Filip combines financial depth with a pragmatic execution style and moves easily between the boardroom, operations, shareholders, financiers and advisers. His approach is characterised by transparency, clear choices and a focus on execution.
