Erwin studied business administration in Utrecht and business economics in Rotterdam. During his student days, he was active as an entrepreneur in both tutoring services and golf. In 2016, he started as a consultant at Kruger, where he became a partner in 2022.
During his career at Kruger, Erwin completed various courses in corporate law, including training as a WHOA restructuring expert at Leiden University. In addition to his work at Kruger, Erwin is also active as a lecturer at Alex van Groningen.
"Our work consists of advising entrepreneurs on specific issues, such as rapid growth, lack of return, liquidity problems, strategy reassessment or the purchase or sale of the company.
In order to find workable solutions, a thorough understanding of the company and its market is essential. It is crucial to quickly understand the entire organisation, the playing field around it and to determine what really matters. This is where our strength lies. Only in this way can we arrive at pragmatic solutions together with the entrepreneur, management and stakeholders.
We work on a project basis, but because clients experience the added value of our involvement, I regularly build long-term relationships in the form of permanent advisory roles.
