Cornee studied Business Administration and Financial Law in Rotterdam. During his student days, he started as an entrepreneur in quality and health and safety management, became director of a medium-sized company and then joined Kruger as a consultant. He has seen virtually all sectors and became a partner at Kruger in 2010.
"My daily activities: advising and acting as a confidant in unusual situations, such as lack of return, rapid growth, financing needs, strategic reorientation or the sale or purchase of a company. This requires a broad frame of reference, business economics knowledge, a love of entrepreneurship, a network and the trust of stakeholders. That is what Kruger adds. Pragmatic and to the point. A subject that particularly interests me is dismissal law in the Netherlands. Precisely because it is so inflexible and (too) costly. I am also interested in the valuation of companies, as this is a subject where theory and stubborn practice diverge (too) much, with all the consequences that entails.
