Arend grew up in an entrepreneurial family and was exposed to entrepreneurship from an early age. His passion for entrepreneurship grew further during his bachelor's degree in Law – Management & Entrepreneurship. After completing his Master's degree in Strategic Management, he gained relevant work experience in the automotive and financial services sectors. He joined Kruger in October 2023.
