Kruger Executive Search focuses on medium-sized companies, often family-owned, privately owned or part of a private equity. We work sector-wide with a great track record in industry, trade and retail, logistics, construction, contracting & installation companies, as well as business services.
The non-profit sector also knows how to find us. Education, Healthcare, NGOs, etc., increasingly have a demand for reinforcement of board and management given the increasing size and complexity of these organisations and the internal and external need for information.
We work transparently: no ambiguities about the process or fees. Our starting point is a market-based fee on the fixed salary, including holiday pay. And we only invoice when we have been successful (no cure no pay), which we as entrepreneurs think is only normal!
So we enter into a result commitment. This is preceded by a careful recruitment and selection process, in which we take the entire process off your hands. We work on the basis of exclusivity on a pre-agreed term, giving you our full commitment. Prior to the process, we provide you with a detailed planning on a weekly basis, so you know exactly what you are getting into. Through desk research, individual candidates are identified and carefully approached by us.
In doing so, we use online social communities, including LinkedIn, to get in touch with interesting candidates.
We combine search activities with an online recruitment campaign. On the basis of the job profile drawn up, we give you advice on which recruitment platforms we consider most relevant to attract interesting candidates from the market. This advice is made in cooperation with Brockmeyer, a leading organisation specialising in data analysis in the field of job marketing. Based on statistics of comparable vacancies, they predict which media channels will give the optimal response. With this, we approach both active and latent seekers. This recruitment campaign starts immediately after the approval of the job profile.
Potential candidates will be interviewed by us in detail and tested on the desired profile, both in terms of knowledge and experience and competences. Suitable candidates will be presented to you with a curriculum and motivation.
We will also give these so-called shortlisted candidates an online assessment, the results of which we will share with you.
A reference check can be part of our procedure; we agree this with you in advance. We perform this check after the candidate's first interview with you, so we can approach the references with specific questions.
We also provide an identity check and have the candidates sign our Certificate of Good Conduct.
We help our relations find the right reinforcement at management/MT level (General, Financial, Operational/Supply Chain, Commercial and Human Resource) and also specialise in financial positions at HBO/Academic level with at least 10 years of experience (Group Controller, Business Controller, Business Analyst, Project Controller).
